北京海华城市建设学校是北京市教委批准的有着十二年办学历史的城市建设类职业技能专业学校，是中国室内装饰协会下属的中国注册室内设计师培训和考试的定点学校。2006年6月，学校被北京市教委评为“北京市十佳教育培训机构”。是北京市“办学水平优秀学校”，并荣获 “金牌室内设计示范教学单位”称号。学校开设的《金牌室内设计师培训课程》荣获腾讯全国教育年会创新精英大奖。
Beijing Haihua Urban Construction School is a professional skill special school with 12 years old, which is a kind of urban construction one under Haidian District Education Bureau, Beijing. It is a designated school under China National Interior Decoration Association（CIDA）for training interior designers registered in China and their exam. In 2006, our school was awarded one of “Top 10 Education and Training Institutes in Beijing” by Beijing Education Committee. It is also a Excellent School for Running Ability in Beijing and has the honor to win a title of ”Gold Certified Demonstration Teaching Unit for Interior Design”. The Training Course for Gold Certified Interior Designer won TENCENT Innovation Talent Award of National Annual Conference .
学校师资力量雄厚，现有教职工58人，其中教授8人，高级教师37人，中级教师10人，35岁以下青年教师占教师总数60%左右；建筑类专业课教师39人，均为大学本科以上学历，教师队伍的职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构和学科专业结构较为合理。目前，学校形成了以学科带头人、高级教师为龙头，中青年优秀教师为主体的教师队伍，在参加国家、市各级各类教研活动、学科竞赛、技能竞赛、行业评选等方面均取得优异成绩。
Our school owns powerful faculties with 58 teachers, including 8 professors, 37 senior teachers and intermediate teachers. The young teachers under 35 years old account around 35% among all teachers; 39 teachers, who offer construction course are above university graduate. The structure of professional title, record of education, ages and professional subjects are reasonable. At present, our school has a troops commanded by subject leaders and senior teachers, young and middle-age excellent teachers are in charge as backbone. They get many outstanding achievements in the field of teaching study, subject and skill competition, professional appraising and choosing at national level and municipal level respectively.
